1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which JCT Plumbing LLC (referred to as the Company, we, us or our) provides the information on its website located at https://www.jctplumb.hair and delivers mechanical and plumbing services to its customers. By using the website, contacting the Company, or accepting a quotation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not submit a service request through the Company. Your continued reliance on the Company services after reviewing this page indicates your acceptance of the conditions described on it.

These terms form the framework between you and the Company to the greatest extent permitted by law. Any purchase order, invoice, estimate or similar document that references these terms is read together with them, and where a specific signed contract exists it takes precedence over a conflicting statement found on this general page.

2. About the Company

JCT Plumbing LLC is a licensed plumbing and mechanical service contractor with an operating base at 3180 Lower Saddleback Rd, Park City - 84098-4829, United States (US). The Company is registered to carry on business in the State of Utah and maintains the insurance and licensing required for the commercial and residential mechanical work it performs.

The Company contacts and correspondence for the purposes of these terms can be reached at the contact email address serve@jctplumb.hair and at the contact phone number +17753479083. Every matter raised with the Company, whether via the website, the email address or the telephone, is governed by these terms as interpreted with the benefit of this jurisdictional background.

The Company operates in the field of computer integrated systems design applied to mechanical trades, which means it does not merely install pipe but also designs the dispatch, inspection, stock and approval systems that keep field work efficient. Those engineering services are described on the Services page of this website and are offered subject to the conditions below.

3. Use of the Website

The website exists to inform visitors about the Company services and to let them make contact. You may browse the pages freely without charge and without creating an account. The site is provided on an as available basis, and the Company does not guarantee that every page will be free of error or that access will never be interrupted for maintenance.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, overload or interfere with the operation of the site or the networks connected to it. Submitting false information, attempting to gain access to restricted systems, or using automated tools to scrape content for a commercial purpose is not permitted.

The information presented on the website is general in nature and is not a substitute for a written quotation or for a professional inspection of your specific property. Before relying on any statement about systems, pricing or response times, you should confirm the details directly with the Company for your own engagement.

4. Services Offered

The Company provides two connected families of service. The first is direct mechanical work, which includes diagnosing and repairing plumbing failures, installing and replacing fixtures and equipment, testing systems for leaks, and performing scheduled maintenance on property infrastructure.

The second family is the engineering of the systems that run a service business, including service call dispatch platforms, job photo and inspection log processes, recurring maintenance scheduling, parts and van stock tracking, customer approval workflows and emergency response routing. These design services help property managers and other mechanical operators run an efficient first-visit operation.

Not every service is available in every circumstance. Equipment type, site access, licensing boundaries and health and safety conditions may place limits on what the Company can offer for a particular property. Any such limitation will be explained clearly and confirmed in writing before work that depends on it begins.

5. Estimates and Pricing

Before most mechanical work begins, the Company provides a written estimate that describes the scope, the materials, the labour and the total price for the approved portion of the job. An estimate is an offer based on the information available at the time it is prepared and on the conditions visible at inspection.

An estimate remains valid for the period stated on the document, which is usually thirty calendar days. If a change is found during the work that was not visible at inspection, such as a hidden supply branch needing replacement or an unexpected access requirement, the Company will stop and obtain your approval to the revised scope before continuing, wherever that is safe and practical.

Prices quoted on the website are indicative and may change with the market price of materials. The Company is transparent about the basis of every price, and no start date is locked until the scope and the price have both been accepted in writing through an approval workflow.

6. Approvals and Authorization

The Company works to a clear approval discipline. Where work may affect a shared water supply, a fire protection system, a listed building or the interface between units in a managed property, the Company requires the proper authorization before any disruptive step is taken.

Approvals captured through the customer approval workflow described on the Services page, whether by electronic signature, a confirmed email or an approval within a customer portal, carry the same force as a written sign off. Once an approval is given, the approved scope, the approved materials and the approved price form the binding scope of the engagement.

If you approve a scope and later wish to change it, please contact the Company before the van reaches the site. Work that has already been completed under an approved scope is chargeable at the agreed price, and a revised scope will carry its own revised estimate subject to the unused portion of the original being credited fairly.

7. Scheduling and Dispatch

Routine work is scheduled through the dispatch platform, which groups jobs into territory routes so a van can move efficiently between them. When you book a visit, the Company confirms a window rather than a guaranteed minute by the clock, because travel and the way one job overruns another naturally shift the sequence through a day.

The Company commits to keeping you informed if an arrival window changes. Dispatch staff will contact you ahead of the visit if a delay passes a reasonable threshold, and the on board system logs the arrival so the actual attendance time is recorded transparently against the promised window for later review.

Scheduled maintenance is entered on the recurring calendar, and each due service generates its own dispatch when the date arrives. Because dispatch windows may fill, requested maintenance should be booked far enough ahead to preserve the benefit of the annual or seasonal interval rather than being treated as an urgent fix.

8. Customer Obligations

For the Company to deliver safe and effective service, every customer is asked to meet a set of reasonable obligations connected to access and information.

  • Provide accurate details. Give the true service address, a working contact method and an honest description of the system and the reported symptom so the correct van and parts are sent.
  • Grant safe access. Ensure the relevant property or equipment is reachable on the day of the visit, including locked rooms, boiler cupboards and isolating valves being made accessible to the technician.
  • Disclose hazards. Inform the Company of any known hazard such as asbestos, dangerous materials, active water damage, or anything else that could affect the safety of the people carrying out the work.
  • Decide promptly. Respond to approval requests and follow up questions within the stated time so the job can proceed without an unnecessary hold.
  • Secure consent. Where the property does not belong to you, confirm that you hold the authority to authorize work on it and to bind the owner to these terms.

A failure to meet these obligations may delay the work or make it impossible to complete. The Company will flag such a situation clearly and will not charge for a visit that could not commence because the Company could not obtain the access or information it reasonably requested.

9. Emergency Service Terms

Emergency calls through the twenty four hour dispatch desk at +17753479083 are handled as a priority by the on-call van nearest to the property. The emergency call itself, including a call that is triaged and does not result in a physical visit, may attract an emergency response assessment at the rates communicated at the time of the call.

An emergency response is often a staged operation. The first action may be to isolate the water or stop the loss, which is followed by a fuller assessment and a proper estimate for the permanent repair once the immediate danger has passed. The immediate stop effort is the emergency scope, and the permanent repair that follows is treated as newly scoped work requiring a fresh approval.

Because speed can limit the time available to obtain every approval before action, the Company will take the least intrusive effective step to stabilise a genuine emergency and will document what it did, why, and what the next approved stage involves before undertaking any lasting alteration.

10. Warranty on Work

The Company stands behind the workmanship of the jobs it completes. Subject to the following conditions, repair and installation workmanship is warranted against a defect arising from the way the work was carried out for the period set out in the written estimate or the signed contract, which will in no case be less than twelve months from the date of completion.

The warranty covers the labour and the workmanship of the installation. It does not cover a failure caused by misuse, by an act of a third party, by a change or repair made to the system after the Company left the property, by poor water quality or scale, or by a force beyond reasonable control such as freezing water that was not drained in accordance with the agreed seasonal advice.

To make a warranty claim, contact the Company promptly on discovering the possible defect and provide the job reference from the original invoice. The Company will inspect the installation and, if it agrees the defect arises from its workmanship, will correct it at no labour charge for the warranted repair. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment continue to run separately and according to the manufacturer own published terms.

11. Invoices and Payment

Payment terms for standard service work are agreed at the time of booking and are stated on the estimate or the invoice. Unless a separate written arrangement applies, the balance becomes due on the completion of the approved work, and invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice face.

An emergency response may require a payment method to be confirmed before the van leaves the base, and deposits may be requested before long or bespoke engagements that require materials to be ordered in advance. Any deposit is applied against the final invoice and is not an additional fee.

If payment is not received by the due date, the Company may pause further scheduled work under an ongoing agreement and may apply a late charge at the maximum rate permitted by law. The Company will always give notice before any pause or charge so that an accidental oversight can be corrected before it leads to an action.

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a routine visit free of charge provided the Company receives notice at least twenty four hours before the start of the booked window. This lead time lets the Company release the van slot and offer it to another customer instead of sending the crew out for a visit that will not happen.

For a cancellation received with less than twenty four hours notice, or for a visit missed entirely without notice, the Company may charge the dispatch and travel element that could not be recovered. Materials ordered specially for your job and not returnable to the supplier may also be charged where cancellation arrives after they have been procured on your behalf.

If the Company is the party that must cancel, because a technician is unavailable or because conditions at a previous job run long, the Company will reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time at no charge and will give you as much notice as the circumstances allow.

13. Property and Access

A service visit may require temporary access to parts of your building that are not in daily use, including roofs, crawl spaces, meter voids and isolating valve cupboards. The technician will carry out the work with reasonable care and leave the area in a clean and safe condition on completion.

Where the work requires a power or water supply to be interrupted, the Company will, wherever practical, agree the disruption with you in advance and will restore the supply at the end of the working day. Fixtures, taps and fittings removed during the work remain the property of the owner unless the quotation states that they will be taken away for disposal.

Any damage caused to the fabric of the building during the work area, over and above the intended alteration of the approved scope, is reported to you as soon as it is discovered and is addressed fairly, whether through a correction by the Company or through a claim on its insurance, so that no hidden damage is left to surface later.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Company liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the law of Utah. Within those bounds, the Company liability for a claim arising from a single engagement is limited to the total amount paid by you for that engagement.

The Company does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, which includes lost rental income, lost profits, the cost of alternative accommodation, interruption to business or damage caused to goods by a burst that the Company work was engaged to repair but which the approved estimate expressly did not cover.

Because the Company responds to emergencies at speed and with limited information, and because buried conditions cannot always be known in advance, the Company encourages every customer to carry adequate property insurance. The Company insurance is drawn upon where the Company is at fault within the scope of the approved work, and the customer property cover protects against losses outside that scope.

15. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including its text, its design, its layout and the descriptions of the systems the Company offers, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rules. JCT Plumbing LLC and the engineering mark JCTPlumb reserve all rights in that material, and nothing on the website grants you a licence to reproduce it for any commercial purpose.

You may view and print copies of the pages for your own private reference, provided you keep any notices intact. You may not republish the content, incorporate it into another business offering or use it to compete with the Company without written permission obtained in advance.

The reputation of the Company rests on the honest delivery of capable work rather than on copied descriptions. Where you have worked with the Company and wish to refer to that relationship publicly, you are welcome to do so factually, but you should not imply that the Company endorses a separate business of yours without agreement.

16. Links and Third Parties

This website may link to outside resources such as industry bodies, licensing authorities or software providers recommended for the running of a mechanical operation. Those links are provided for convenience only.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, the accuracy or the availability of any third party site, and a link does not amount to an endorsement of that site or of the goods and services it offers. Before relying on information or transacting through an outside site, you should satisfy yourself about its trustworthiness.

The Company is not a party to any transaction you complete with a third party that you arrive at from a link on this website, and any dispute arising from such a transaction is a matter between you and that third party alone.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms, and any engagement that results from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Company and its customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in the State of Utah for the resolution of any dispute connected to these terms or to an engagement.

The Company encourages the resolution of any disagreement by direct and reasonable communication first. Raise your concern through the contact channels below, give the Company a fair opportunity to review the facts, and in most cases the matter can be resolved without formal proceedings.

If a court or competent authority decides that any single provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect, and the provision in question is treated as amended to the minimum extent required to make it valid.

18. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these terms from time to time to reflect how its business operates or to keep them aligned with changes in the law. The date at the top of this page records when the current version took effect, and that version applies to activity occurring on or after that date.

For an active customer with an ongoing service relationship, the Company will give reasonable notice of a material change before it takes effect, for example through an email to the address on file, so that you can review the update and end the relationship if you disagree.

Continuing to use the website or to receive Company services after a revised version has been published signifies your acceptance of the updated terms for all activity on and after the effective date. The Company encourages you to check this page occasionally so that the terms under which you engage remain clear to you.
